Our Modernized Service Divisions enable our Partners to operate a service division as a seamless natural extension of their existing company.
BII’s key personnel have national and international service division experience spanning 5 decades (1985-2020). BII’s key personnel have analyzed, and/or worked with a vast array of field service programs, including but not limited to: employed vs independent field service networks; on behalf of manufacturers, e-commerce retailers, marketplaces, local and mass brick-and-mortar retailers, shop at home retailers, leased operations retailers, and mixed channel entities; facilitating various on-site services including installation, assembly, measuring, delivery, hanging, swap-outs, in/out of warranty, in-home sales, and multi-day complex; supporting hundreds of product family types; and in multiple countries.
